I am very grateful to Brandi Kirk for giving me my life back. When exercising with some heavier weights, I inadvertently lost my grip on one of the weights and ended up rotating my pelvis to the point where I couldn’t walk normally. Before learning about Brandi, I went to see other physical therapists who tried to help me, but my pelvis would just rotate back out of alignment. Someone insisted I go see Brandi because she is highly skilled in the additional knowledge of other incredible therapies. Sure enough, at my first appointment with her, Brandi found the root cause of my problem. Over some time as she gently worked on me, she successfully got my pelvis into proper alignment, and I am able to walk again without pain! Even though I paid out-of-pocket, it was well worth it for Brandi to realign my pelvis correctly and to even fix other related issues. In fact, I found that my cost for in-network physical therapy was actually more in the long run because it had more sessions, which were not even helping my issue. Furthermore, my sessions with Brandi were 1-on-1 in a private room for 1 hour in a peaceful atmosphere. Brandi is a very talented gem of a physical therapist, and patients in her new location are extremely fortunate to have her treat them.

My Story
Brandi Kirk is a licensed physical therapist with over 26 years of experience. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Ohio State University and then graduated from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School (now named Rosalind Franklin University) acclaimed physical therapy program in 1996. She worked in an array of settings and specialties in Illinois including stroke care, wound care, hippotherapy, vestibular rehab, aquatic rehab, orthopedics, and pelvic health until she found her absolute love in manual therapy. She opened her own private practice called Kirk Center for Healthy Living in 2005, which specialized in treating pelvic conditions, any type of chronic pain, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and visceral conditions. Brandi opened another practice in 2017 called Kirk Integrative Physical Therapy, which is the company she continued to treat out of while she still managed Kirk Center for Healthy Living. She sold Kirk Center for Healthy Living on July 1, 2022 so she could move to Bellingham, Washington in September 2022. This had been a dream of hers for almost 20 years! Research
Brandi has been published in a scientific peer-reviewed professional journal for her research on treating DRAs (split in the abdominal muscles) with visceral manipulation of the small intestines. Click here to read the article.
Brandi loves kayaking, hiking and all outdoor activities where she can become one with nature. She also has a love for photography and lifting weights. Brandi’s wife, Michelle, has been complaining for years that she doesn’t cook, and Brandi’s excuse has always been owning/managing a 9-treatment room clinic. So now that the clinic has been sold, there are no excuses! Brandi is trying (emphasis on trying) to cook, so if you have any recipes, please share them with her. Her 3 cats (Jericho, Olivia Wild and Sterling Archer) are spoiled beyond belief!
